All FUNCTIONAL WORK on this page is
lead free, food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe (although I would
suggest hand washing these special, hand made items)
They are also oven
safe to 450 degrees. (always place handmade clay in a cold oven and then
heat. Don't place in a pre-heated oven.) Also avoid pouring
boiling water in a cool cup or bowl. Preheat all cups and bowls with hot
tap water before adding extremely hot water. They are hand made dense
ceramic and they should be treated like glass..
