The collective work includes works that are licensed to Ron Mello Studio ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site. Returns: Ron Mello Studio does offer a return policy. We do hope that you will love the work you purchased But, If for any reason the it does not meet your expectations, Ron Mello Studio will accept returns. We must be advised (via email) within 7 days of receipt of the work. Returned work must be properly and carefully packed (preferably in the original packing) and returned via Priority Mail, insured) Upon receipt of the work Ron Mello Studio will issue a refund of the purchase price. You may choose from one of the options below.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All artwork is properly packaged for shipment anywhere in the world. Insurance claims from damage due to shipping mishandling of the package or artwork will be initiated by the buyer of said work. Warranty Disclaimer This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and as described. The limited product warranty above applies to purchased ceramics and other artwork only. They are without further warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Ron Mello Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Ron Mello Studio does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Ron Mello Studio does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
