Casseroles
are wonderful way to cook, and bake meals in the oven. All of thee
casseroles may also be used to bake bread using the recipes on the bread
pot page.
Remember not to place any hand made
clay in a pre-heated oven. Always place pot and food in first and
then heat. Also avoid pouring boiling water in a cool
cup or bowl. You should preheat all cups and bowls with hot tap water before adding
extremely hot water, tea or coffee. They are hand made, dense ceramic and they should be
treated like glass..
